Who am I?

That certainly is a question I can't answer.. I know what I like, what I don't like, what I want, etc.. I guess that makes up who I am hahaha.. But no seriously my names is Ana, I'm mexican, 18  years old, female as you can see, I currently live in Mexico City but I am planning to move up to NYC to take some culinary courses..(truth is I'm into food) and after a few months in the city I'd love to go down to Spain, get in @ The Basque Culinary Center, graduate after 4 years and well open my first restaurant. I do have a plan.

I have 2 cats, 2 dogs and a moluccan cockatoo, I'm allergic to cats and dogs but I cant live without them specially Dali one of my cats.

I guess I am a very open person, at first sight I might be shy or just very quiet but hey thats just me reading you, I like to read people before I open up. I love music and art, I guess it runs in the family, I'm not a good musician nor a good artist but I'd love to be one, but I am a great cook.

I like to keep my friends around, I may not see them all the time but I try to never loose contact with them. I will always tell you what I think either you like it or not, I wont contribute on lies, at all, in fact I hate lies.
